It is therefore particularly important to make the first contact with hearing aids as friendly as possible. The hearing aid acoustician advises people who decide to test a hearing aid. The products can then be tested for a longer period of time before the actual purchase. In this first phase, the focus is not on the technical aspects, but on getting used to the product - as stress-free and natural as possible.
The earpiece, cleaning kit, batteries and product case themselves are modular components of the starter kit. The packaging remains a storage medium for all hearing aid-related items, creating lasting security and organisation. The centrepiece, the product case, provides everything from safe storage for the first few days of testing to everyday use as a storage tray and transport box.

The Neuroth product packaging is already part of the initial testing of the devices and is therefore also conceived and designed as a companion from familiarisation to everyday use. The outer packaging emphasises the refreshing Neuroth corporate design. The vibrant Neuroth curry colour conveys warmth, while the subtle Neuroth anthracite stands for the high technical quality of the products. The emotional effect of the two colours supports the pleasant overall experience. The design optimises the relaxed approach to an aid for better hearing, but at the same time also conveys high-quality technical performance at the level of modern consumer electronics.
